I have had two bathrooms rebuilt in my home by the London Bath Company. They got a lot of important things right: the build quality is very good, they are very responsive to questions (even answering emails at the weekend), and their contractor really respected my home, was very friendly and trustworthy, kept out of my way as much as he could and really tried to clean up after himself.
