How we are working through this pandemic

These are unprecedented times

The London Bath Co. is taking a range of measures to help deal with the Coronavirus-Covid19 pandemic to maintain continuity and to minimise disruption.

First and foremost, the health and safety and well-being of our customers, employees and fitting teams is our top priority. We have spoken to our entire installation team in turn to ensure everyone is fit and well and aware of the current advice and what to look out for. As long as you are happy for us to do so, for the time being, our Installers will complete all installations they are currently working on. Obviously, this will be subject to government advice and please contact us if you would prefer us to delay completion of works to your bathroom.

Following government advice for all non-essential shops too close we have taken the decision to suspend home design consultations and to close our showrooms with immediate effect until further notice. Following instructions from many of our suppliers that they are suspending deliveries of fixtures and fittings we have taken the decision to suspend new bathroom installations until further notice.

I would like to reassure all of our clients that installations will be resumed as soon as possible. We will contact you as soon as we have an indication of the new date for commencement of works.

We will update this page as things change and we will continue to follow advice and to take whatever action is deemed appropriate.

Please rest assured that the business is very secure and has sufficient finances to be able to continue without trading well in excess of two years without seeking external support. We will do whatever we can to minimise disruption to our clients and get things back to normal as soon as possible.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their understanding and cooperation during these difficult times, please keep safe and follow government advice, we will get through this together. Please check our website for updates over the coming weeks and do not hesitate in contacting me if you have any questions.

Yours sincerely

Steve Baker
