We always endeavour to provide the best service and products for our customers. However, on rare occasions, we recognise that there may be times where things might go wrong. To ensure we are able to put things right as soon as we can, please read our complaints procedure below and we will respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.
Once you have been notified that the works are complete we will ask you to carefully inspect the work over the next 72 hours to ensure that you are completely satisfied with everything and that everything has been carried out to our usual high standards. In the unlikely event that we have missed anything or there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us as soon as you can and we will rectify any problems as soon as possible. Obviously do advise us of anything that isn’t working properly but don’t worry about the technical aspects as this will be covered by your warranty and at this stage we are really only concerned with the aesthetic appearance of the bathroom. Please inform us in the event that you require more time.

For your added peace of mind, in the highly unlikely event that we were unable to resolve a complaint to your entire satisfaction using our own procedures, as a Which? Trusted trader we would refer you to the Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution. This should be done via Which? Trusted traders who can be contacted on 0117 456 6031.
